Description

Bhatmas, also known as black soybean, is popular in Himalayan cuisine, including the Nepali salad bhatmas sadeko. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well.
